Google will no longer show more than two search results from the same domain. The company’s decision is justified by the fact that it should add variety to the search, improve the user experience, as well as provide fair competition in the market for other sites.
This update will only affect Google organic search, excluding carousel and Google Images. It is worth noting that the exceptions will only be those sites that will provide the highest relevance in the search results.
Also Danny Sillivan indicates that the change should not affect most sites, but only those that are trying to monopolize SERPs.
