End-to-end analytics will allow you to combine website traffic data with information about paid orders from CRM and track how the current advertising campaign affects real sales. Also, the new service will allow you to track the “movement” of the client from the moment of clicking on the advertisement to placing an order on the site.
End-to-end analytics can be connected to many popular CRMs, as well as to such CMS as 1C-Bitrix, InSales, WordPress, etc. End-to-end analytics can be combined with some services using built-in integration systems in Yandex.Metrica; for some, specialized APIs are used.
You can read about how to connect end-to-end analytics in the official documentation of the service.
You can view the metrics obtained using end-to-end analytics in the Metrics dashboard in the “Report: Sources, Costs and ROI” and “Report: Sources of Orders” sections.
Yandex plans to tell you more about the new feature at the upcoming webinar on June 11.
